Inspire and Thrive Consulting is an education consultancy supporting children, parents and schools to achieve meaningful and lasting success. Our work is rooted in a simple belief; when the right conditions are created, every child can thrive.

We work alongside families and school leaders to inspire confidence, spark curiosity and shape learning experiences that are purposeful, inclusive and effective. Whether supporting learning at home or driving improvement in schools, our focus is always on what will make the greatest difference for children.

Our Services

Help for parents

With over a decade of teaching experience in inner London, we support parents to create positive, balanced and effective learning experiences for their children. Whether families are new to home education or already established, our support is calm, practical and encouraging.


Strategic Planning and School Improvement

We offer consultancy and delivery support to schools, trusts, and senior leadership teams. Drawing on experience as a Senior Lead Practitioner and qualified teacher. Our work focuses on strategic improvement, high-quality professional development, and embedding research-informed practice.

One to one teaching

Focused support in specific subjects (Mathematics, English, Science, etc.)

£35–£50 per hour

Assessments and progress reports

Baseline and ongoing assessments with clear written feedback and next steps.

 £40–£60 per hour

Curriculum and timetable design

Bespoke education plans and weekly timetables that map to the child’s needs and National Curriculum goals.
